Linus has over a decade of experience advancing startups and investments at Lund University, where he grew its innovation pipeline from 80 to 400+ ideas annually. A seasoned advisor and board member with a background at Ericsson and ARM, he has managed multiple successful exits. Linus holds an MSc in Engineering Physics.
Johanna Asklin

Johanna has 15 years’ experience in strategy and business development across life science, leading projects in diagnostics and therapeutics at companies such as SAGA Diagnostics, SSI, and LU Innovation. She excels at guiding early-stage ventures to market success and has a broad network in Scandinavian biotech. Johanna holds an MSc in Pharmaceutical Bioscience and a PhD in Medicine.

Emanuel has a long background in banking, financial markets, and investment management. He is General Partner and CEO of FSG Fund I. He guides companies through fundraising and growth. Emanuel holds a degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Technology Management.

He’s held CFO and COO roles, guiding startups through rapid growth and ensuring solid operations. Alexander holds an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Technology Management.
Johan Kruse

Johan has over 13 years of experience in Nordic asset management, working with institutional investors, distributors, and HNWI clients across the Nordics and Germany. Before joining FSG, he held senior roles at Carnegie Fonder and Lannebo Fonder, focusing on business development, strategic partnerships, and AUM growth. Johan holds a BSc in Business & Finance.
